Washington D.C is a dream!! I was so excited to photograph Patrick and Lili's wedding day! I was lucky to be in D.C a few months before their day to meet up with Lili and chat! I love being able to meet in person with my couples if I can! Patrick and Lili had their ceremony at the beautiful D.C War Memorial which sits next to the Lincoln Memorial and stunning reflecting pool. We had their first look at their ceremony site before everything was set up for the ceremony and then walked around the gorgeous grounds for some portraits. Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful with so many friends and family to celebrate with them! Following the ceremony we did the most amazing Pedi-Cab ride around the city! If you haven't been on one, I highly recommend! A lot of the drivers also do tours so they have so much information they share with you while you ride! They showed us some hidden spots for photos and it was so much fun! Their reception was a blast and you could just feel the love and joy! I love finishing a wedding knowing I made great friends and thats exactly how I felt finishing up Patrick and Lili's wedding day!
Harry & Michelle - Wedding {Atherton, CA}
After having a gorgeous engagement session with these two and getting to know them even better, I was so excited for their day! Harry and Michelle are one of the sweetest couples and had such a beautiful day. They had their day at a friends home which created such a relaxing environment and everything went so smoothly. The beautiful backyard ceremony was perfect underneath big trees and surrounded by friends and family. With family coming from all over the world I loved capturing the candids of so many loved ones. One of my favorite moments was when Harry and Michelle had a surprise performance of synchronized swimmers in the backyard pool for all their guests and it was so much fun!! Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day!
Tyler & Lauren - Wedding {San Jose, CA}
I have to say one of the best things about my job is when I become legit friends with my couples. And when I had the pleasure of working with Tyler and Lauren that is exactly what happened! I am so glad my work and style attracts people that I love being around! They are the sweetest couple and their families are amazing! Happy side note, I am so excited to be able to photograph Lauren's sister's wedding also! Some of my favorite moments during their day was Tyler's first look reaction, the use of a selfie stick during the ceremony, and during their reception Lauren playing her parents song so they could have a first dance which they never had a chance to do at theirs. Their wedding day was full of so much love, laughter, and beautiful moments which I had the pleasure of capturing!
Evan & Corrie - Wedding {Nashville, TN}
Evan and Corrie's wedding took me to a new location this year! Nashville was so much fun to explore with all the music and great spots downtown! The wedding specifically took me out into the countryside and it was as equally beautiful! Though I must admit I wasn't anticipating so many ticks! They had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony and though we had to dodge just one sudden rainstorm everything worked out and turned out beautiful!
